Hello Focus Fanatics! I just joined this forum for a place to go for information on my girlfriend's car. She's rockin' a 2007 Focus ZX3. At least, I think its a ZX3, its the 2-door hatch back. I've seen a bunch that have the ZX3 emblem, but hers does not. I guess thats the first thing you could clear up for me[hihi].

Anything special I should know about these cars? I'm gonna head from here over to the FAQs just to see whats up.

First off, Welcome to FF!

Second, yes it's a zx3, and apparently the previous owner was nice enough to debadge it for You.

Next, what specifically would You like to know about the Focus? There's alot to know, and I won't even pretend to have a handle on that...

As far as basic beginning mods, I'll just say it: Drop, tint, and colormatch that grille and mirror caps, to start.

Any other Q's feel free to ask, this place has a TON of very useful info and good folks who are quite willing to share it!

Thanks for the warm welcome. That's very interesting, because the car was purchased "new" from a dealership in 2007. [confused]

Just out of curiosity, any advice on removing the dealer insignia from the tailgate? I'm guessing it is some kind of thin laminate or something. Its just white lettering and it looks like hell.
