What day is TFR2?

Ok, so I think we have nailed down where we are going to meet and where are going to eat.

The remaining major piece is when.[idea]

We are looking at the last weekend in April or first weekend in May.

Let everyone know that they need to get their vote in early. Let's get this done so everyone can plan to take off.

I will start another thread with the Names list which will be used for TFR2 detail.

May 3rd is out of the question Joe. Thats the same weekend that the Fun Ford Weekend is in Baytown. Or that could be a really good place to have the meet. Oh Man now that I think about that would be the best time to go due to fact there will be so much room for us. There is a car show and racing going on. I am entering the racing (gotta win a trophy sometime). I'll post up a link so you can see the info.

Oh and for the last two years in a row I was the ONLY (last year) and chuck was there the year before that I believe. I was the only 4cyl. there. I would love for us to have the round up at the FFW there is no way they can ignore me and 59 other foci!

Ok its too soon to have details about the FFW but it is definitly the first 3 days in may. It was 50 bucks to race last year (thats for both days you pay for both even if you don't come on sunday) I don't know what the other prices are though. I never had to pay for myself cause I was always paying to race. Here is the link to the park and if we let them know ahead of time that we are coming then maybe we can get some spots for us reserved. I already kinda of have an idea of where can and should park. Oh man this would be so cool if we have the round up at FFW. Here is the link to the there eb site if you want to check it out.

that sounds cool we all meet up at the FFW and show the stangs up :)). i like that idea and it could get the focus plenty of notoriety. what do y'all think...

^^thats what I'm saying I always have some people come up and ask me about my car there. We went from having a focus frenzy class to having no cars show up at the FFW. Though alot of people would go and rent spi auto's and enter those in and win due to there ability to run the same time everytime. Ah man this would be a dream come true to have like 60 other focus's there with me.

cool, but i noticed that you stay in michigan. the one were tALKin about is near houston. but if you wanna come down, feel free to do so lol.

May would be great

+1 on FFW
or we could do a all weekend type thing may 2-3

lets shut up those mustangs with our foci!
plus when i was signing in for the ffw in 08. the lady was remembering and wishing more focus showed up. she told me, "one time a focus group came out from some forum and had a lot of focus out here, it turned out to be a great show."

You guys are talking about an all day event. Thats great for inner city Houston, but will not work for SA, Austin, or DFW. We have to drive in and then leave in the evening to get home in reasonable time.

yeh that's why i was saying around april would be even better for everyone.
