well, maybe 2...until I get pictures up of my system.
Today around noon i get the bright idea in my head to go ahead and build a box for the focus, and install all of my stuff. I spent 101 bucks at WalMart, Lowes, Home Depot, Independence Audio on:
Gallon of resin
pack of 'glass mat
pack of 'glass cloth
mixing tubs
roller
2 dowel rods
hot glue gun
1/2 sheet of 1/2" MDF
6 or 7 disposable brushes
painter rags
latex gloves
bits for my dremel
50' of 16 ga spearker wire
1/0 groumet
What did I get accomplished today? I built the frame for the box. I finished all the glassing of the box. I built the amp rack. Got the initial layer done on the amp rack.
Box is roughly 4.3 cubes after displacement. Ported...tuned to 34.5 approx.
Tomorrow I will be stripping down the car. Running the power, ground, RCAs, speaker wire. Installing HU. Making baffles for components up front, baffle for rear fill. Installing them of course. Doing my big 3. Sanding the crap out of my box[
