if you don't have a fuse in your alternator wire and it shorts YOUR CAR WILL CATCH ON FIRE

just put one in there...120A grounding out will make your car go boom

just take care of the power wire too.sounds good buddy.

The Alternator-Positive Battery fuse should be closest to the battery correct.

What parts of the engine should I ground and where should I ground them?

yeah, my fuse was 6 inches away from the battery.

i chained it, from the battery ground to the stock ground.

then from the battery terminal to the fuel rail, then to the back stock block ground, then to the chassis on the pass. side.

I hate dragging up old threads but I was working on my grounding kit and everywhere I thought I could ground it to was holding some type of plastic on around the motor. [bigcry]

Anyone have pics of how they grounded a 2.0 L Duratec , I was trying to follow the factory grounds and I have no idea how in the world you would get a wrench or socket in most of those places ...[scratch]

extensions and universals dude haha

nothing wrong with bringing up old threads, especially when you have questions about them! I'd much rather you do that then post a new thread about something already covered in lengthy detail
