Since the other thread had gotten a little long, I figured I'd start a new thread to keep all the info together. I will update this post from time to time with any new information and also update the attendees list.
The date we've selected is Saturday, September the 20th. We're looking at a morning-to-afternoon type meet. The location is one that may be familiar to some of you - Tom's shop, Performance Dyno, in Belmont, NC.
Tom has graciously offered to host this event, and while I might be proved wrong, I believe that this will be the last ever Focus meet at Tom's shop. With Tom retiring, I can't think of a better way to give him a sendoff and to show how much we appreciate all his efforts and input into the Focus community than to have a big ol' Focus meet!
For those of you who aren't familiar with where Tom's shop is, here's the address so you can google it:
503 1/2 Woodlawn Ave
N. Belmont, NC 28012
**edit: (Upon checking mapquest, the address doesn't show up. If you delete the 1/2, it will get you close. His shop is in the little wedge shaped area between Woodlawn and Boundary Street. The entrance is actually off of Boundary Street when you look at the map.)
I don't have an official start time yet, but I'll post it up here once that's been finalized. One thing we can do, however, is start the sign-up list. I've already gotten some confirmations, so I'll post them here. If you're going to be there, please post your confirmation here and I'll add your name to the list. To start with, here's the list:
**edit: The start time has been confirmed as 10:00am. Those who can't make it at 10:00, don't worry - just show up as soon after that as you can.

Well, we're going to be having a cookout there, so I thought I would post up a basic list of needed items. If we all could pitch in and bring a little something, then it will make this go much smoother. If you don't see something that you would like to bring, let me know and I'll add it to the list.
Menu Items:
Hot Dogs/Hamburgers - Mike (b16sir1991)
Chili - Mike (b16sir1991)
Ketchup - Brent
Mustard - Brent
Onions - Fernando
Sliced Pickles (for the hamburgers) - Jeremy
Pickle relish (for the hot dogs) - Jeremy
Cheese slices - Fernando
Lettuce - Brent
Slaw - Daniel
Hot Dog buns - Steven
Hamburger buns - Steven
Chips - Jonas
Drinks (soft variety) - Fernando, Brandon, Bill
Paper plates -Austin
Napkins - Austin
Trash bags - Austin
That's the basics, but this is by no means carved in stone. At the Jordan Lake meet we also had some Potato salad, pasta salad, and baked beans. If anyone would like those sides, let me know and I'll add it to the list.
**edit: More news. The dyno will be available for runs. The price will be $50.00 for 3 pulls. This will only be for the dyno, however. There will not be any tuning done. There will also be a cruise after the cookout. It will be part interstate and part country roads, taking roughly around 30 mins.
Looks like this is going to be a great turnout! [headbang]
