I have a 2 1/4" system, would a flexpipe with a 2.5" collector fit???

Nope 1 3/4. Althought it may have at one point when it was a "step header." On their website now it isn't listed as a step header and it says the primaries are 1 3/4. They have changed it 3 times now so who knows what the last designs were. It very well could have been.

Inside diameter is 1.59". I'm sure it steps up to the larger ID of 1.67, which should be what they advertise as a 1.75" OD header

Its just a cossie ripoff just like most other things focussport sells. It looks nice but thats about it IMHO.
Excuse me? While this header is a copy of the Cosworth, Cosworth does not make that header anymore, so what's the big deal? And name one other part that is a "ripoff" that they make?

I was saying it appears to be the exact same design is all.

Edit: And another part they "rip off" is the sump baffle. Same design as the Cosworth one.
Which also Cosworth discontinued. People want it, can't get it, so they made one like what people wanted.

Say talking about various headers I got a question for you guys. We all know different diameters can have various effects on power but what about the actual routing of the tubing? The F2 and Focussport are entirely different in how they route it. Now there has to be a reason for this. Which is better for what?

Well as long as the tubes are all the same length i dont see a difference, except for primary diameters...

good option for the 2.3s. I'd stick with the smaller primaries of the F2 on the 2.0s unless you're building a block for the track.

Longer identical length primaries are best. Not sure if this is true with all engines. As for the design differences, F2 designed their own and focussport just copied Cosworth like OBX did.

^True, but that is for max hp. If that is what you are looking for then go with it. The F2 and the Draxas are more for you street cars to help flow but keep low end tq. Im not sure about the new f2 header, but I think it is still smaller than the Cossie and its knockoff. You cant beat the price of the OBX thouhg.
