hey, so i took my car to a shop and they told me that i need to replace the lower link arm. they showed me what was wrong and it is a bushing that is hella worn out. is it possable to just replace the bushing?

There are 3 in there and I'm going to assume it's the one going from front to back (blade or trailing arm, depending who you ask). If that's the case, no and yes. It's a pressed in bushing and you can not order just the factory style bushing. Ford and a new blade is the only option that way.
But it you wish to go with Polyurethane you can get just those bushings. Burn the old ones out and press the new ones in. There is a write up on here somewhere that has pic's and how-to for the full poly kit.

Each blade from Ford is roughly $109, full poly kit is about $110

On RockAuto.com it is called a Rear Suspension Toe Link. So make that 3 names it goes by now, probably a few others too.
There should be 2 part numbers for the blades, right and left. The reason is the E-brake cable runs through it and the way the cable mounts.

For just the bushings you have to go Poly and either Prothane or Energy Suspension (IIRC Prothane is preferred or used more often). From what I've seen just the poly bushings runs about $60. So may as well get the master kit that has them all.
