Well, today I got to really run the fofo and see what magic Tom's tune puts out, and by golly, was it fun. I was just sitting a red light talking with the wife when I noticed that there was a SVT Contour sitting next to us. He kept looking over at us scoping out the car, so I give a little blip of the throttle to egg him on a little...and he took the bait.
As predictable as this story goes, the light changes and we both jump on it almost the same time and honestly, he couldn't even catch up with us. I held about two car lengths on him up until we were about half way through fifth gear and then I shut it down. I guess he was most impressed since I got a [thumb] when he passed us.
Good fun I must say, although the wife got so scared she started to cry.
