I am wondering what I can do with my car with out voiding the factory warrnaty[?|] as in performance? I have a 2.0 duratec and want to get at least 50 to 75 more HP out of it.

you can get maybe 50hp boost with a full set of bolt ons, including intake header exhuast cams and a good tune, im sure you can net near 40 or so HP
as far as warranty goes, like honhon said it has to be proved that the mod made the part fail to void it, i had a ton of mods done to my spi(DONT LAUGH!) lol and they worked on the car many a times! well not many but never gave me guff

with cams though... sinse thats technically an internal modification your engine would probably have to drop the crank through the oil pan for them to work on your car, and even then they would probably fight it, sinse the cams are an internal mod.
my P/S pump is starting to whine alittle and i am actually scared to bring it in... if i take my tune off, it'll run like crap... whenever i do take it in, i may take it in on a day i have off so i can be there for any issues that arrise... but maybe ill just get the 05 P/S pump, that pump seemed to not have any issues...

^im guessing you filled the resvoir to the brim?
when i had 14k on the car my pump was bad, black oil and bad seal, so they replaced it all, i dont think they are gonna say anything about mods, cuz its not related to the steering, and at 15k my car was whining when i turned so i filled it to the brim and it seems ok... i also may want to use the older powersteering as well, for a good IM and my 04 has never made a squeal EVER so the older style is better[thumb]

the exhaust warranty. basically the law states that they cannot deny to work on a part on warranty if it isn't directly linked to the aftermarket part.
Ex. you change the intake, they cant refuse to work on the breaks.
