Guys I am in a huge pile os S**t my upper rad hose blew off on me on the highway and my car over heated. the head is severely warped at 13 thou. which i was told the head is no good and up north we don't have very much places to get svt parts. I just want to get the car going so I want to put the zetec head on the car I dont care about the loss of power or anything I was just wondering exactly what I have to do to do this conversion. Tom's VCT delete, zetec head anything else I am missing?

I dont think it'll work with the SVT ECU...

If your head is warped .013 then have them surface it and put it back on.

Whats the big deal?

That's fixable dude. If not, you can find parts from other states pretty easy. Heck my buddy's shop just trashed an SVT motor with a brand new head on it, I forget the reasoning but it went to a salvage yard. Might cost a few to have it shipped up there but easily attainable.
