Hey guys and/or gals, tell me if i'm right or not.
I just installed a volant intake a few hours later my CEL came on. I didn't realize why at the time, but i thought about it a little while later and realized i'd forgotten to reconnect the EGR (i think that's what it was) to the volant box. I plugged it back in, but the light hasn't gone off yet. I took it to autozone and they read the codes for me. Here they are.
P0133- O2 sensor, slow response
p0172- fuel mixture to rich.
I read the CEL code thread on here and it said EGR valve could be the culprit of the p0172. And autozone said that the P0133 was caused by the same issue as the p0172.
So i'm thinking everything should be fine now since i have the EGR tube plugged in again. Am i right or could it be an MAF sensor? (I have a spare MAFsensor if need be)
Thanks,
Chris
