Definitely OEM CF hoods on the focus. it's not a flashy car and I don't think it should become more flashy. I guess if you have a turbo though, the evo hood would serve a purpose. I've just never been a fan of ventilation that serves no function.

Well in most cases aren't CF hoods a flashy item. Aside from the ventilation they serve no real purpose. I know they are light weight but the stock hoods are not all that heavy. Again a biased comment but the lines of the invader hood fits well with the Focus body lines.

The big problem with the Evo and Invader hood is having water and other debris getting into the engine compartment. If your car sits outside or gets rained on all the time it will get very dirty inside. This is yet another thing to consider. I personally have the luxary of a garage so its not a big deal to have the opening in my hood.

I never really had a problem with my engine bay getting dirty.. and I kept my car outside.. Although I keep the cover over the main vent..

invader! those things are hot. wish i could catch a great deal on one so i could afford one!! LOL

Is that a VIS hood? I prefer VIS hs but thats an awesome price! How did it fit up?
