I have an 02 focus se. I had the tires balanced and rotated and when I picked my car up, they informed me that the rear tires that transfered to the front had brake lock and that I needed to go to a garage to get it fixed. He also said it had to do with abs and i told him that this car does ot have abs. He said it still needed to be fixed.

Does anyone know what brake lock means? rear brakes need adjusted? I have never heard that term before. Thanks for the help.

He might mean that you have a sticking brake wheel cylinder. The car can be lifted off the ground so that the wheel in question is free to spin. Spin it by hand and see if there is major resistance to it spinning. IE a sticking brake. Thjats my only guess.

Sam's club doesn't know crap about automotive work.
They are dressed to make them look like mechanics.

I am a prove it kinda guy. I would make them look bad and make them prove that it did that.

Take it to midas or mineke or something although I detest thoses shops, and see if Sam's club is pulling ur lage to make U spend more money for something that's not broken.
