if everyone turns out.. this is gonna be a sick meet...and i was just looking up the bmw club and yea... i dont see any autocross for the 16th..

ok so if there isnt we should meet up anyway same time...just gotta find a place.. gotta be somewheres close to me cause i got a screwed up transmission and i cant do any highway driving...

doesnt go into 4th gear which is basically highway driving.. when it trys to shift into 4th the computer tells it since its not there to shift into nuetral.. so it will just rev up and not go anywhere...then sometimes when it goes back into third after revving up itll slam back into gear.. gotta get it fixed gonna be mad dough to fix.. got a couple estimates already.....4-5-6 hundred inbetween there...also the check engine lgiht came on..so thats y i knew there was a problem..i got it plugged in the diagnostic said..transmission sylanoid A malfunction... so if its internal its gonna be alot of money prob in the 6 hundreds.. if its in the vavle body itll be prob in the four hundreds.. but yea its fu cked up

Sucks. Try calling the dealership or contacting Mike (b16sir1991 -- Check the Hilbish Ford sponsor forum also) asking for advice.

yea, just turn overdrive off. it disables the fourth gear. shifts between other gears at higher rpms too.
