Hey guys there is an autocross sunday at lakeland community college. It's on the scca website check it out... I'll be there driving the focus, and my buddy should have the cosworth out. Hopefully the weather will stay dry this sunday, so weather and car work that needs to be done permitting I'll be there. Hope to see some of you guys there.

Is this an actual SCCA event? I ask because the guys who run the auto-x at Lordstown and Eastlake pissed me off at the last event of theirs that I went to (its a long story) and I've basically been boycotting them ever since. But if its a SCCA event I'll be there...I bought a helmet last month for the canceled Nelson Ledges day that has gone unused and I've been itching for some kind of track event since the weather got nice.

I'd go but lildisco and I will be at the Toledo airport running an SCCA autocross on that day.

Damn straight. [woot] [woot] I'll give you a call today when I get off work of work so we can figure out what time you want me to pick you up to head up to Toledo. Also you're gonna drive from your place to Toledo so you can get some feel for the car. [burnout]
P.S. I blasted a pothole and put a nice goose egg in the sidewall of my KDW 2's. I'm so freaking pissed about it. grrrrr

]Well we had a pretty good day...the height of which was getting to ride in this:

The parking lot was pretty long but narrow so they pretty much had the course set up as two long straight runs with a few tricky abrupt turns and a slalom going both ways. I pulled a best time of 40.8 (best overall was 31.XX, can't recall the decimal.)
