i want stiffer springs... eibach good, but not my taste... i want much much stiffer. from the things that i saw i think i might want something like 350-450 spring rate... can you name a few...

Contact Ground Control. Their kits come with Eibach Race Springs and you can specify what spring rate you want.

h&r lists their race springs as being available for 06+ on their website, but i have yet to see them for sale anywhere. call tirerack.com and ask them if they can order them yet. the race springs for 00-05s spring rates are 325 lbs/in front and 375 lbs/in rear.[headbang] if you want anything stiffer than you will likely have to get coilovers, which would require you to convert to 05 spindles and lower control arms.[mecry]
as far as using ground control springs, aren't those "coilovers"? i've never heard anything good about ground control...[rolleyes]

Yes, they are "adjustable" coilovers. I have them on my Miata with Koni shocks (375F, 250R) and it is nice to be able to change the level of the car and corner weigh it. Never had a problem in 5+ years. If Ground Control kits weren't any good they wouldn't be posting this on their website:

u do not feel the change from softer to stiff but u wonder why sometimes is hella stiff and sometimes is not...
why is that?

i find my teins are stiff. there are even a few posts talking about how they are super stiff on the highway. i would agree i think mine are stiff like crazy. or maybe it just me.
