ahh nice, just waiting for the rear struts and then install time, whats the drop on the teins like 1.5 inches?

Front - 2.3"
Rear - 2.0"
I wouldn't quote those numbers tho...I'm almost at negative wheel gap with the stock 16 inch rims. My car is noticeabley lower when I have my 17s on...probably 3/4"

I'm not sure how the GR-2's hold up with Focus suspension but when I bought my first Mustang they had a very short lifetime and just didn't cut it. I learned it the hard way and never turned back to KYB. They sucked for the Mustang, just wondering how they hold up for a Focus?

gr-2s + teins is a VERY popular combo.

More popular with Nissan or Honda crowd, than the ford focus...

I would imagine Gr-2s will work fine. They are like 15-20% firmer over stock.
However, the AGX struts/shocks will definitely outlast them.

If I did any sort of road course driving, I would've went with the adjustable AGXs. But since I don't, I can get away with the Gr-2s fine. I ordered the two rear shocks today, so they should come in on Tuesday. Install will be on the 19th. I'm personally not doing it only because I don't trust myself with suspension. I love the teins...by far my favorite upgrade on my car

hey did one come with a silver nut and the other with a gold one? I just got some AGX and cant figure this out?

wow...that's weird. I just opened my other box and there is a gold nut in there. And the box that I had open for pictures has a silver nut. So yeah...I've got the same thing...that is odd tho. If you know why they're not the same...gimme a heads up. My install date is next week Monday...so any info before that would be nice.

And as far as how it'll look after the install....the new struts wont lower the car any more. It should remain the same height....at least I hope. I have JUST enough tire clearance where I can turn my stock rims/tires fully to the left or the right and they don't touch
