08-11 lowering alternate for M-18000-ZX3B

so the M-18000-ZX3B damper kit is pretty much impossible to find now - 5 or 6 years ago i got my last kit from jegs, but i can't find them anywhere anymore, not even ebay.
i ran these with the Eibach sport springs for the last 12 years of this cars life, 200,000 miles but i need another set and have no idea what to look at now that these are now where to be found. thoughts?

Thanks but I thought the B model was required for the 06 and newer for the larger steering knuckle ?

Someone posted something in another discussion about adapters that allow you to use the earlier struts in the later style knuckles. They basically looked like some sort of spacers.

That's exactly what i need in this scenario. not a lot of options unless i want to go back to stock ride hight after all these years....NO! so, i'll have to report back on how these go on - I already have the Unity sport suspension preloaded kit for the earlier model coming - i hope it holds up as well as these have, i've been getting almost 50-60k between on the same eibach springs and 3 sets of struts. time for a new set of everything.

I used the omni adapters on my 06 to run svt struts. Worked well. No struggle to install.

I was in the same boat and swapped over to 09-11 H&R Sport springs with KYB Excel G struts. I don't think the "Ford Racing" shocks were much better tuned than the KYBs so it's been a decent trade-off, IMO.
(I know this thread is old, just adding my experience for the next person lol)
