i wanna get a entry level turbo put in without doing injectors and tweaking ecu n stuff what do you think best way of doing that is? just buy cheap ebay kit then use that turbo till takes a crap then get a garrett turbo?? my car only has 45000 miles so i dont want it to take a crap soon want it run for long time

There is no way to do that without damaging your engine, I suggest you do a lot of reading first, start with this one

im glad someone else said it, you should never run a turbo without a proper tune, unless you have tons of money to keep building motors every few weeks if youre lucky.

We can build you an entry level turbo kit that will make good power and wont give you problems down the road. Having a improperly turbocharged car is more problems then good. Trust me I know from experience. I turbocharged my honda prelude in high school with some stuff me and my friend put together from junk yard parts. I am pretty sure it made less power then stock.

garret core intercooler 28 long by 8 inches high 3 1/2 thick
3 inch cold side 3 1/2 in hot side
3 or 3 1/2 inch dp (3 1/2 if it can fit with the ac)
4 inch exhaust with ultra flow muffler and dynomax resonator
torsen lsd------------need to get
siemans 83lb injectors
mafia and 3 inc maf tube
sct proracer
synapse bov and 40mm wastgate.......do u think 50mm?
Looking for no less than 450whp on race gas............25lbs of booost
ford gaskets and svt head gasket. Clevite bearings
stock oil pump...............rev limiter at 7200

I would personally not use the turbo cams I would go with comp stage 2's or 3's

also even though I know of many people making good power on the 6262 turbo I have never seen it used on a focus so Im not sure how it would spool.

I would run a gt3076
40mm wastegate should be plenty.
and everything else looks fine.

With the testing I have done there is no way I would use the comp stg3 cams with a turbo unless its a pure all out race car

Every set of turbo grind cams I have ever tested made good mid range power but didn't pull up top. Turbo cams are great for somebody looking to increase there spool but I have never seen them out perform when it comes to peak power. I agree you can make 450whp easily with turbo cams but he said he was trying to make it with low boost and the only way to do that is to make the high rpm power. I have seen comp stage 2's make more power everywhere on a motor only turning 6800rpms. To each his own, there is more than one way to skin a cat. And that's what I would do in my opinion.

Comp stage 3 on Fernando car an it's daily driven.

Jim just because its driven daily does not make it a daily driver , the stg3 comps suck for daily driving vs stock cams even with turbo its the nature of the beast

To use these cams for boost you have to adjust out the overlap which makes it even worse as daily driver and why there not good for anything other then a race non street car

Can you make them do yes but at what cost

I've been in Fernando car and it perfectly fine. I'm going stage 2s. This is just from my personal experience. Seeing as I have stock cams and Fernando has stg 3 it still felt fun to drive and wasn't a dog. Maybe his car is just setup right

3076r but, if you must use a precision, go with the 5758 BB. The 6262 is too big for your goals and will suffer in the spool department.
