I have a 14 SE. I am looking at tires, I do get some snow here in Pa. The OE tires are nice and I am looking at the Yokohama ascend GT tires, Tire rack rates them very good. 8.8. Does anyone here use them ?

I just got a set of Falken Ziex 960AS. I’ve only had them for a couple of weeks but they’ve been awesome. I tend to put new tires through some rigorous “testing” if you will. I’ve only gotten them to break traction once, and they handle like a dream. I couldn’t tell you how they do in snow, but I’m up here in Michigan, so I should know how they do in about a month or so. I have no concerns about the snow though because for being an All Season tire, they’re pretty beefy and aggressive

If your winter driving conditions are normally just cold and dry with the snow being plowed early, get a 3-peak "all-weather" 3PMS tire such as the Goodyear WeatherReady, Toyo Celsius, Vredestein Quatrac, etc. They're basically all-seasons with a bit more emphasis on snow traction.

A good contender (but not 3PMS) is the Continental DWS06 as well.

Thanks, I will look at those too, and see what's at my local installer.
