Does anyone around martinsburg wv have 1 that they wouldn't mind letting me flash my computer with ? Or is this one of those things I should buy myself to have around?

buy yourself, tuner and custom tune i think is 399 from tom (do quote me on this im going from memory)

your car will be tuned
you will be able to datalog your car to solve issues
you will have a very good code reader

once a tuner is used it locks onto the cars ECU so they will not be able to flash your ECU with it.

its to stop what you are trying to do. good car tuners are hard to come by, and if there works getting passed around like an mp3 they go out of business then everyone will bitch about how they can't find a tuner or the ones they do find will want like $1500 to tune a car.

This is true but at the same time it also pretty much eliminates the possibility of buying a used 1 lol
