hey guys i plug in my xcal 2 to my computer and it turns on but my computer acts like nothing was plugged in. i downloaded all the drivers and everything. im trying to update and load my tune i already purchased...

is the usb cord broken? is something else broken?

Posted via FF Mobile When I got my X cal 3 it did the same thing on my computer. Try using a different Usb port and see if it recognizes it then. That was my issue , my usb ports on the front of my computer don't recognize the X cal 3 , but my usb pors on the back of my computer did.

update: it ended up being the usb cord giving me troubles. as soon as i plugged the new one in it worked perfectly.
