would something like this fit a N/A mk3? Especially one with a DCT? i've seen lots of replacement motor mounts but none with both pieces like this.

No, the transmission side bracket does not fit any other transmission than the MMT6 from the Focus ST, darkangelism tried it before with negative results iirc.

Their stage 1 mount will work, but not the stage 2.
