lol i saw this on fj.

it will be a replacement, but the only thing is, is that you will have hyper blinking. your focus will read the Led as its burnt out since the led does not need as much power to turn on, causing the car to think the lights not working.

I had them for a while. They don't light up the whole lens. I have aftermarket tails and the light should be about three inches wide. The bulbs only light up about the size of a quarter. Also, the wire the connects inside the bulb is fragile. I had to check the connection and the wire pulled out of the bulb. I liked the look of them but I don't think I'd use them again.

Wow....learned alot about LED bulbs. Thought all I needed to do was replace a bulb. Kinda confusing..... LEDs are not as bright a regular bulbs? But some are? What about license plate bulbs? I have seen some cars with a nice bright white light. Looks great. But some guys have posted pics of there LED conversions.....it looks more like a flashlight shooting a concentrated beam rather than bright, even white light... I would like to find the product that does the later. I understand that all LEDs are not created equal. How do I get my hands on some cool license plate bulbs?
