if i go up to 205/60/15 will it fit my stock wheels?

Yes it will fit but the tire will be a little taller and 10mm wider speedo will also be off a little.

As mentioned they're a little more than a 1/2" bigger in diameter but should work on a stock wheel fine. If you're looking for a bigger tire closer to stock diameter and probably with a little more performance, 205/55-15 is also worth looking at.

I run 205-60-15 sometimes. I have mine on 6.5" OEM Ford Contour wheels with 47.5 offset and that helps cornering some IMO although I'm actually more after rough road cushioning. No clearance issues at all.
