I'm on my fourth dpfe sensor over the course of almost 2 years. I replace them and then a few months down the road i keep getting the cel for insufficient egr flow. So as usual i take out the dpfe sensor and water will actually pour out of it. I have a race header but i dont see how that would cause the problem. I also replaced the egr solenoid and checked the valve for sticking. Any ideas??

Get a vacuum gauge, check your vacuum. Even if the vacuum line going to the EGR is ok, if you have a bad line somewhere else then it will cause you to lose vacuum. If you're really feeling tricky, remove the EGR and clean it with carburetor cleaner. I fixed the one on my Aerostar that way- after I broke a cheap DPFE from Autozone.
