I need to replace the tailgate struts on my wagon. These two cylinders at the tailgate.
Where is the cheapest place to get a pair?

I found websites like this where you can order "support cylinders" for the tailgate. But I can not identify if these are the ones and if they come in pairs or if I have to order two:

I also need to change the cabin air filters. I bought the last one at my local Ford dealer for too much $$.
I found a website with good prices but they don't seem carry the tailgate struts.

Go to the auto parts store (i.e. Autozone, Checker Auto Parts, Advance Auto Parts)

Have you checked your local parts store, e.g., NAPA, Pep Boys, Autozone, etc.? Unless there was a really big difference in price, which I doubt, I would buy them locally, so that I could compare them physically before purchase. I also believe Purolator or Bosch have a cabin filter that fits the Focus. My Autozone didn't carry it, but could order it.

Check eBay...you can usually find a cabin air filter for cheap and sometimes even with free shipping.
