get the orp, 2.5 exhaust, maybe a cai (people say svt intake is enough), then get a tune

SVT is pretty maxed out.

I would just get the Tune, anything else wouldnt be worth the money.

SVT Cams = about a Stage 4 no point to upgrade.
Exhaust is 2.25 barley a gain with 2.5 or 3" and if you get the ORP you wont pass emissions.
CAI Barley a gain without the combination of the ORP TUNE and 3" exhaust.

I would save for Forced Induction.
Not sure your power goals, but if your wanting 30 - 50 whp you can pick up a Jackson Racing Supercharger for a little over 1K

Powerworks Super charger gain almost 100whp or more pick up for 2k - 3k

Procharger gain 100 - 150 whp about 2.5K - 3K

Or Turbo Kits anywhere from Custom ones, to DIY's to Full kits. 1.5K - 5K+

the stock svt intake outflows every other intake. the cams are huge. tom's tune and orp are a good upgrade
Do you have any proof of that? I have never heard that.

I would get:
ORP (or high flow cat which should keep you emissions legal)
CAI
Tune
3" exhaust

And that's about the only mods you'll find that will free up any real power. Without going F/I you're limited to around 160whp max.

I would like to know where you found a Jackson Racing Supercharger cause I can't find one anywhere...including Jackson Racing's website.

^^Ford Racing Website ... I believe they have some.^^

BACK TO TOPIC:
I would recommend a TUNE for the fact that it is the one mod that grows with you car for any thing you add to it from little mods like Intakes to the Major mods like F/I. Do some research and find what you are going for. Everyone has an opinion, but it's YOU who needs to find out what you want to do. [;)]

For instance ... an AutoX person would want to Do Suspension ... a Show person would do some looks modification ... and so on and so ... [:p]

Have fun modding the car and the battle for what mod is worth it or not ... will always and forever as long as motoring is still alive will never be resolved. [boxface]

Tune... eliminate the dreaded 1st gear bog

Congrats on the new SVT and welcome to Focus Fanatics.

What color did you get and how many doors? Does it have the winter package? (traction control, heated seats etc)
