I'm in the middle of a clutch change and had to cut several of these. The stealership says 5 dollars a piece!

Does anyone know:
a)Ford part number
b)Where to get them cheaply
c)Generic alternatives

Any other angles? where were they located, do they look like regular zip ties?

Well, they are all over the car, but this one came from the fan assembly, there's a few of these holding some harness wiring.

It's essentially a zip tie attached to a circular anchor.

McMaster Carr - Search under zip ties then select zip tie holders. You should be able to find something that works for you in there.
