I know Eibach sells wheel spacers for our cars, and I can only assume that with a longer wheel base we would have a bit better handeling, not to mention a more "filled out" look.

So....

1 how far can we push the wheel out? (20mm sounded like plenty) I have the 15' multispoke alloy ford wheel s with the stock ride height, possibly SVT suspension in the future will this work?

2 will this really have any bearing on handeling?

3 I hear on some vechiles (mostly off-roading) that spacers=death is this true for road cars too?

4 Has anyone else done this? can we see some pictures?

5 Would any addition hardware be need? like cambers...

EDIT:

was all I could find using the search function...

Stock wheels have a 52.5 mm offset. 20 mm spacers will reduce this to 32.5 mm. They'll stick out far enough that the tire tread will probably crush your fender lip under full compression. Not good! Minimal offset also can put a lot of load on the wheel bearings (especially the outer ones) as well.
