There is an exhaust pipe on the left and on the right, but what is that round thing right in the center? A trailer hitch? I haven't seen an RS in real life, just pictures.

Euro gets all the good stuff.

There's a lot of American cars that you can't just walk into a delaership in Europe and buy but you can get most if you want to pay big bucks for them like top end Camaros,Mustangs and Vettes and we have pretty good driving roads and many more of them.

Why is it called a "rear fog light"? If fog is that bad when you're backing up that you'd need a light, then you probably shouldn't be driving at all.

It's for visibility for other drivers during fog or other precipitation, not to help you see anything better. They will be about as bright as your brake lights but mounted closer to the ground. Definitely do not want to be driving with them on all the time as it would distract other drivers or potentially confuse them with your brake lights(which is probably why they are so rare in the US.)

Think of a scenario where you are on the hw, you drive into fog or even heavy rain/snow and there is no safe place to pull off and you have to keep going until the next exit. You can adjust/slow your speed but that wont help if some idiot behind is driving too fast and doesnt see you. Rear fogs will make your car much more visible at a distance.

It's a lower light for drivers behind you. It's not for backing up.
