im taking apart the rear drums on my 00 zx3 and i dont seem to have any sockets big enough to take off that axle nut in the center of the hub underneath the dust cap. what ever it is it is bigger than a 1 inch socket and thats the biggest i have. i need to know what size socket it is so that i can go out and buy it. i dont have the money to buy every size socket between 1 and 2 inches. the repair manual i bought doesnt say and the dealership wont tell me anything. they just say bring the car in and they will service it for me for $2.5million. any help will be awesome and i pass out rep like halloween candy.

The correct size is 29mm. I've taken off my rear hub nut multiple times, so I know for sure.

I'm servicing the brakes on my 2009 Ford Focus S. What size is the rear axle nut (that holds the drum on)? What size is the front axle nut? The service manual doesn't give this info. Thx!
