On my morning commute in my older 2005 Focus, I noticed that my lifters seemed louder than the normal sewing machine sound. I get to work, pop the hood and see that a rubber "grommet" on the top of my valve cover, in between my coil packs somehow was popped off.....I snapped a picture after I put it back on.

What is this part? Replace options? Anything to worry about? Thank you.

I lied.......it's the harness for the cylinder head temp sensor. If the harness wasn't damaged and you've popped the grommet back in, then I wouldn't worry about it.
