I'm just curious what they will do once the speed regulator is taken away. My 2004 was at just under 4000 rpm in 5th gear, when the regulator kicked in at 106.

About 106-110, personally I can go to 110, but I have a 2.0. I think there the same for all Foci, my friends 2.3 was at 110 when it hit the limiter. You can get it raised via a tune.

I'm probably getting something like an XCal-2 flash tool. I'm just curious as to the top end with this modification only.

The fastest I have gone is 125 mph, and it was still pulling. I wouldn't be suprised to see 135 and maybe a few extra from my car...but I will probably never know because where am I ever going to need to reach those speeds?
