I have a possibility of getting one. It is damaged in front. Do I buy it and swap the drive-train, ECU and usable suspension out?

Will I need much more to do it?

depending on what alls damaged you could swap front even stuff onto the SVT. it would probably be easier then swapping everything over to your car and at the end of the day you will have a legit SVT.
