I was looking at these for my 07 zx5, I wanted some opinions

i think of the e-bay tails (besides the led's) they are the best looking... with that said ive seen and heard of NUMEROUS counts of them being crap... ive seen pictures of those upper reflectors being broken off and bouncing around the housing when they were received.
i have no personal experience but thats just what ive seen and heard...

i think they will look good on your car, as far as ebay, i have gotten a few things and had no problems yet but just remember you get what you pay for.

for the tails, all years will fit, so its not just 2000-2004 and 2005-2007

Those led ones are pretty cool, but those first ones you posted look like crap.

stay away from those tails, i had them on my car for 3 months and both of the top reflectors fell off, they are held on my cheap elmers glue and the daily bouncing will knock them loose and you will have to break open the housing to fix them. get the led ones.

I myself have heard of quality issues with those tails, think about it before you spend your money. I have seen a few pairs of LED tails, but from what I understand they fade rather fast and look pink.

ew. but there's MUCH worse. i just don't like most aftermarket tails for the hatches.
