So as of the past could days the temp has been about 10-20 in the morning when i go to start my car, now for some reason when i start it it will click over just like it always has but then the engine will start and die back out then start right back up like its nothing. Now when it does this it will only shot up right above 1000rpms to warm up. This didnt happen when we had the 10 and below temps so im not to sure what could be makeing this happen. Any ideas or tips would be great thanks

run some 93 octane in there and see if that helps. crappy winter gas could do that, or you may need to do some maintenance. fuel filter, plugs, wires, ect...

I would suggest you also run a bottle of techron fuel system cleaner through the engine, by adding it to the fuel, before changing the fuel filter.
