Keyword: estimated. Cossie intake is no laughing matter, but if I recall, gains don't stack quite that way...

Waiting for Egz to pipe up here. =)

Ford makes some restrictive stuff from the factory, but they should be ashamed if a cai and catback can gain 30hp, granted they do make V6 mustangs with single exhaust...

But if it's possible, that just makes it a beast to modify

Yeah no way a 2.0 will get to 175 flywheel with intake/exhaust/tune.

My 2.0 has IHET and on 93 octane put down 137hp/138tq (roughly 160 crank if you use 15% loss)

I am putting out 158 HP and 152 TQ at the wheels in my 2.3.

Mods to the motor include

Steeda SRI
F2 Header (wrapped)
Trubendz 2.5" SS Exhaust with magnaflow muffler/resonator
Tuned for 91 Octane by Focussport (added 2% fuel at WOT myself)
F2 balance shaft delete (won't apply to your 2.0. they didn't come with balance shafts)
Autolite 103's gapped to .060 (your 2.0 would use 104's)

what engine, the 2.0? id be very very surprised to if you put down 170...id be surprised even if u put down 160, its a responsive engine but damn, just estimating from your numbers it would put you at about 150whp (15% loss)

Like I said I am estimating.

That number was pulled from a WoT run in 3rd while datalogging on flat ground. It pulled that number from the ECU. Wich If i'm not mistaken is where Dyno's pull the flywheel number from. ( Please correct me I'f I'm wrong.)

164 whp and everything you can possibly do to a NA engine!! but its on a zetec. If this was done to a 2.3 L dura, you'd make 200 whp NA!!
