Around the time i hit 5th gear i can feel a sort of ticking feeling on my foot in the gas pedal when i accelerate. Not when i let go of it but when i depress the gas.

It's not loud, and its not like a hard ticking feeling.

But it is there when i hit the gas pedal....any clues?

Also why would the front suspenion be creaking only when not being braked or accel.

yeah I'd help, but I really just don't know.......I'll see if I can't find a cause as well

Sounds almost like detonation i had a 77 olds delta 88 that did that and i put 89 octane in it and it fixed it. I guess you could try that and see if it helps.

i had the ticking feeling too both in my zx3 and svt, ive just grown used to it. Pretty sure its just the way the accelerator pedal assembly is designed.

It's when the gas burns prematurely causing a knocking sound or a pinging noise.

NAh no knocking or pinging.

But now my whole front end squeaks and squawks when i am not braking or accelerating. I think my struts are SHOT

i get the tapping feeling to in my gas pedal and my clutch pedal., sounds like there might be somehting lose in the susp. if it only makeing noises when it is not under alot of load.

Yup when braking or accel little noise. When not there is HELLA noise
