I would try to put it AFTER the TB, we have had issues with putting it before the TB in the charge piping and the water (under pressure of course) tends to short out the Throttle Position Sensor.
...aahhh that's correct on the TB shorting out issue, I think the solution can be using a TB spacer or even one of those turbonator plates which ever is cheaper ,then drill and tap a port thru the side, now it's after the sensor...
