I am looking for a locked xcal3 flasher , anyone have or know of one

What do you mean by Locked?
I do have an SCT X3 model 3000, but I'm using it with my car with a tune from the other company (in SoCal)

Locked would be one that wasent put back to stock before selling or wrecking your car
