Is it possible that by removing the fuse 46 i misalign the breaks or something?

That's just a little ennoying vibe.

could be that the rotors are warped... taking out the #46 only disables abs and the tcs.... it doesnt change the way the rotors or pads move.

likely cause: slight warping/pitting of the rotor..

replace the rotors and pads, should be great from there on

removing the fuse kills your abs. so when you brake hard, all the wheels will lock up and you will get the vibration as the car slids on the locked wheels. it could also be true with the warped rotors as well.

its unlikely that your rotors are warp..more likely they are stamped from a hard stop...just get them resurfaced and that should take car of it it...if not then you'll need new rotors...a resurfacing at pep boys is like 8 bucks a rotor....much cheaper to do that first than droppin 150 bucks for new rotors and pads.

All rigth--->THEY are resurfaced.I mean the 2 front rotors.

NO vibration now BUT it seems that the brakes dosen't react the way they did before.

They're not "tigth" as they use to be.When i brake,it dosen't grip hard like they did before the resurfacing.
