I want to replace the vanity bulbs with LED bulbs. Does anyone know how to remove the vanity bulbs? Also, what LED bulb to use as a replacement?

I'm guessing you are talking about the lights on the reverse side of the sun visor. But in any case try theses, I have no idea how to pop the cover off though.
