Hi,

I just wanna share that not all oven are created equal...
It's very important to let the oven preheat because mine was reading 340F when set to 200F while in the preheating.

I had to turn if off and wait few minutes to reach the optimal temperature.

When set to 200F the oven sweep between 190F and 290F.

Best thing is to monitor the temperature inside the oven to prevent melting or polycarbonate distortion or discoloration.

You saw the final results. His post/this thread is more of a PSA for using the oven and making sure you don't wreck your lights.

Quick question:
Has anyone tried making the light surround match the body color?
Curious how that would look (i.e. cool or cheap).
Mine is a tri-coat color that would be a bitch to paint match but that would be ... dunno maybe too much colors (not enough contrast)
