"Set to run on unleaded"- ALL cars run on unleaded, only automotive fuel avail.. Octane & composition can vary. SVT operates best on high octane, can use any avail..

"Reset computer to run on new setup" - What new setup? Computer resets constantly for current conditions, a "reset" only makes it adjust from base settings sooner.


What changes were made and what tuning done might be of interest, as is with no information given this is just a "joke" thread. No info. = no response.

Sorry thought i put in what i did. Firsts of i ran
a half can of seafoam through vacuum line
to clean the head and the tops of pistons.
Second i ran seafoam through gas tank.
Third gapped plugs to .060 mark, next i got
a accell coil. i got a performance 10mm
spark plug wires that can handle 1600 deg
temps with only 40ohm loss. It runs smooth.
I did unplug battery to reset the system.
I should have said 87 octane.

So... this was a tune up (more or less), most of us wouldn't call it a " new set up".

You should still be running 91+ octane.

The seafoam says all that needs to be said......................probably sniffing that as well. Get better results than the car will..............

So when it burns to the ground,
only the plug wires will survive?
