I measured the ride height from both the front and rear wheels of my mk2 focus. The driver side at the front and rear are about 0.25" higher than that of the passenger side. I took the vertical measurement aligned at the center of each wheel and from the ground to the wheel well. Also I noticed that the spring in the front strut on the passenger side to be a bit more compressed looking than the driver side(is this also normal? are the springs just sitting at a different rotation?). Is this height difference normal or a concern? I did hit a curb hard recently and had to get the front passenger side wheel replaced, but I also have gotten an alignment since. BTW, my front struts are aftermarket KYB quick struts if that makes any difference.

A quarter inch isn't much. If the car tracks fine and is aligned correctly, you're okay.

You confirmed that nothing was bent from the curb hit? A bent tie rod won't impact ride height, but a bent control arm certainly could.
