Alright...

What is this part on the intake?

Was removing MAF tube...and now it won't start...making a clicking noise...

That resonator box is above the MAF tube, wouldn't be there if you were removing it.

Clicking noise means it's time to check the battery, and particularly the battery terminals.

Voltage is too low or connections too poor for it to work properly.

Yeah I fixed it. Reset the computer and charged the battery.

Not fixed until you figure out how battery got low to begin with............

I know how...

I left the headlights on for a while when I dipped the front headlights. Running them for that long with no power coming from the alternator=dead battery.
