That resonator box is above the MAF tube, wouldn't be there if you were removing it.

Clicking noise means it's time to check the battery, and particularly the battery terminals.

Voltage is too low or connections too poor for it to work properly.

Yeah I fixed it. Reset the computer and charged the battery.
