thats a good question. it does say "sohc" but has no further mention of compatibility. i think the "sohc" was just a typo, but you could e-mail them and find out for sure.
the image isn't even of a focus engine (at least i dont think). also, i have seen that image displayed multiple times

No it will not, I went through about 2 weeks of research to talk to Turbonetics and was told the turbo was made by rousche and was then told it will NOT fit the SPI only the zetec. That site has a typo, knows about it and refuses to fix it. They are idiots.

Well if you can find in one place for that price more than likely you could find it somewhere else a lot cheaper.(ebay)

Use exstream caution buying "turbo kit's" on ebay. I've seen some crappy stuff come from there.
