To change boost. Let's say I had 20 and wanted to go to 10 would I need to retune.

Wouldn't it be mechanical? Idk how most work, but I adjust the boost on my Cummins by adjusting the screw on the boost elbow.

It depends on how your tuner had things set up , If done where your tuner knew you were going from 10 to 20 then yes , you would tune the 10psi first then tune the same tune for 20psi and be very very close for both

You will find that you will leave it at 20 all the time once you feel what 20psi feels like , just because your at 20 doesnt mean you will be at 20psi all the time
