Removed trunk latching unit, does anyone know where I can get another unit from (2003 Focus). How can you replace the key barrel into the new unit without breaking the plastic guard. Thanks in advance guys

By key barrel you might the lock cylinder correct?

That's correct, I have removed the lock cyclinder complete but had to break the plastic surround. I realise I can probably get a unit from a scrap yard,but would prefer to buy new, but not from expensive Ford dealer
